DomainKing.NG – Live Chat Support Now Available

Most Bloggers, Webmasters and Web designer in Nigeria knows DomainKing.NG, due to DKN popularity in registration of domains and web hosting.

And I also wrote about DomainKing web hosting plans and domain name prices and reason you should go for them HERE.

Now why this post is published is because DomainKing.NG have now setup their Customer Support & Sales via Live Chat, so that Clients can now get answers to all their Domain Name Registration & Web Hosting queries even more conveniently from members of DKN Support team.

Purpose Of Implementing This Feature

From the DomainKing.NG team, this is what they have to say:

“We have implemented this feature to offer ever better and faster Customer Service to all our clients and ensure better Customer Satisfaction.
Its now also easier to get answers to any of your sales questions related to choosing, purchasing of any of our services by getting all the information & advice that you need from our Chat operators.”

The Live Chat Support is currently only available from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Nigerian time from Monday to Saturday. All other Chat requests outside these hours will be handled by the normal support team via Tickets & email as usual.

I believe that this new feature will go a long way to help in solving some issues online, without actually waiting for your mails to be replied.

If you have any questions or suggestions regarding this new feature then feel free to drop it in the comment box or you can do so at DomainKing WEB PAGE

  • Hello,

You misspelled the word “belive” on your website. Sometimes errors like can hurt your web traffic. Maybe check out a service that alerts you to issues like SpellReport.com or CheckMySite.com.
